Appearance

During The Pit mission, when Kyle tried to contact the GRE, then Ministry of Defense responded instead, warning about the upcoming carpet bombing of Harran.

The Global Relief Effort's position here has been... Diminished. We are in charge now, and we declared Harran a Code One target zone... Acknowledged. The chances of one scientist in a wrecked city coming up with useful results are negligible at best, but... you have 48 hours.

Later Colonel Taner officially announces the bombing plan in Higher Education mission.

Also was mentioned in Broadcast mission, where Crane climbed up a TV tower and contacted the outside of Harran.
