Rowe was a Peacekeeper, apart from the Unit 4-04 (Clarification needed) in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Biography
Rowe achieved lieutenant status with the PK after his years of service and was made a Peacekeeper hero from his time in Unit 4-04.

Personality
Rowe, being a lieutenant in the PK and after having lost so many men in all of his years, is shown as a rough and somewhat quick to anger character on the exterior. It is later uncovered that he cares about his soldiers enough to risk his life for them, being said to have run into a burning dark zone to save one soldier. He is also shown to not always be a serious lieutenant, as shown when he and Lawan invite Aiden to a drinking game during Danior's birthday party and when he mimics the tune of the elevator music.
Quests
Rowe makes appearances in the story quests Orders and Broadcast, with an appearance in Welcome On Board if the player chooses the optional objective to attend Danior's party.
Rowe's appearance is now available as an equippable outfit purchased from the agent Jai, requiring level 15 RP and Watcher Tokens.
